Observation profile to be used in MedCom FHIR Documents.

Scope and usage

The MedComDocumentObservation profile describes the resource that shall be used in MedCom FHIR Documents containing Observations. It is interited from the MedComCoreObservation profile, and has narrowed down which profiles can be referenced.
